Hair oil bath
What is hair oil bath?
The oil bath allows the hair to be deeply hydrated. The oil bath can be composed of several variations of vegetable oil (see below) depending on your hair type.
Oil bath is more effective than a hair mask. You can make your own homemade hair oil bath. We recommend different oils further down in this article.
How to use it:
We advise you to judge for yourself because everyone is different. Depending on the size and thickness of your hair, it is difficult to recommend a quantity, but do not overdo it! Dry hair will tend to absorb oil more easily than hair that gets greasy easily.
To apply it is simple: You put some in your hand and apply it to the hair up to 2 cm from the root. To apply before the shower. The hair oil bath should be left on for at least 1 hour, you can leave it on overnight if you wish.
To rinse: Air your hair well, run your hands through it or use your brush to remove the knots. Then wash your hair well with an organic shampoo or homemade one that does not attack your scalp.
