• Lime water
• Olive oil
• Beeswax

Recipe for making your own homemade liniment:

• Melt the beeswax in the olive oil in a bain-marie
• Remove from heat when your beeswax is melted
• Gradually add the lime water off the heat.
• Whisk gradually until you obtain a very light yellow-green cream.
• Using a funnel, place the cream in a container that you will use daily.

Making homemade liniment is child's play. Regarding storage, it must be kept for 2 to 4 months away from light.
