What is IENT?
It is an interface that is designed to facilitate the educational monitoring and the transfer of information between teachers and their students. It is also open to apprentices, trainees, as well as their masters. Even parents can identify themselves on this platform. You can consult all the documents sent by your children's teachers or guardians.

Presentation
iEnt is a digital workspace that provides access to certain data to responsible families or apprenticeship or internship supervisors such as grades given by teachers, absences, the daily menu and other information. The information contained is accessible 24/7. You need internet, a login and a password to access the information you need.
Who is the iEnt portal for?
The iEnt portal is intended for all staff who can update news on the site such as: the administrative center, the teaching center, students, apprentices, trainees, apprenticeship masters, internship masters and parents.
Which schools use iEnt?
This platform is used by several schools and training centers, namely La MFR. La Maison Familiale Rurale or La MFR is a training center, under an associative status and under contract with the State. Its objective is the training and education of young people and adults as well as their social and professional integration. The Maisons Familiales Rurales have diversified their training and the statuses associated with this training.

iEnt Connection Guide, Step by Step
At each registration, the managers of the online platform transmit to each student, parents or companies, their authentication information. To connect to the iEnt space, you must:
- Start by going to the official portal www.ient.fr
- Then choose the profile between: Students, parents or company
- Then, you indicate the username and password provided during registration
- Validate access by clicking on “Log in”, then access the personal space.
How does the iEnt interface work?

Once the first connection is successful, teachers put:
- Their apprentices' grades
- Schedules: Teachers indicate the daily schedule, the weekly schedule and the annual schedule. There is also the text-content notebook where students can find the lessons and the text-work notebook where teachers set the homework to be done.

Features available to students
As with teachers, students must log in and once the first login is successful, they have access to:

- On their schedule: in the “Schedules” tab, students will be able to see in the “content textbook” all the lessons in case of absence and the homework to be done in the “work textbook”.

- To messages: students can see messages from their teachers and can also reply to them or send them their homework.

There is also the Parents intranet that facilitates communication and strengthens the bond between teachers and parents. Thanks to the connection to the digital workspace, parents will be able to consult absences, the year's schedule, the class notebook, the work to be done, the daily menu, as well as their children's grades.

Discover iGesti
iGesti is an administrative and educational management platform for work-study training for apprentices, students or trainees. The objectives of the iGesti tool are general administration such as registration, recruitment of students, apprentices and trainees. There is also commercial management such as the financial contract, payment and accounting transfer. Finally, there is the educational monitoring of work-study training such as grades, internships and absences. To use it, you must have a personalized login and password.
Discover iPlanning
iPlanning is the personalized agenda for teachers in work-study training centers. The objectives of the iPlanning tool are: management of work-study and teacher schedules, management of equipment, room and vehicle reservations. There is also a link with the management tools for calculating hours per teacher (by date, by training and by type of hours). Teachers must have a personalized login and password to access it.

iSites is a website creation tool. The contributors contribute their stone to the building and offer their training to all. The objectives of the tool are: to create a website, to administer the site to one or more people and to communicate. What should I do if I have lost my iEnt credentials?
If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the "Forgotten your password?" link at the bottom of the authentication interface. Then, enter your username and you will then receive instructions on how to recover your PIN. All you have to do is follow the instructions.
How do I send a message to my teachers?
To send a message to teachers, you must log in and click on the messaging service where you will have access to four sections. Click on "New message" to send a message to your teachers. Once you arrive in the new message, click on the + button and select the recipient by checking it. You can write the body of the message and finally, click on "send".
How to upload documents to iEnt?
To download documents on iEnt, click on "planning" at the top of the page to access the "textbook - content". By selecting the course, a window will open and you will have the documents to download. All you have to do is download them and that's it.
How to consult and declare an absence?
To view an absence, go to the Main Menu bar and click on "Absences" where you can see the number of absences. Regarding the absence declaration, the tool automatically notes the absence as soon as the student is absent from class.
