What is IENT?
The client is an interface designed to facilitate educational monitoring and the transfer of information between teachers and their students. It is also open to apprentices, interns, and their teachers. Even parents can log in to this platform. You can view all documents sent by your children's teachers or guardians.

Presentation
iEnt is a digital workspace that provides access to certain data for families or apprenticeship or internship supervisors, such as teacher grades, absences, the daily menu, and other information. The information contained is accessible 24/7. You need internet access, a login, and a password to access the information you need.
Who is the iEnt portal for?
The iEnt portal is intended for all staff who can update news on the site such as: the administrative center, the teaching center, students, apprentices, trainees, apprenticeship supervisors, internship supervisors and parents.
Which schools use iEnt?
This platform is used by several educational institutions and training centers, namely La MFR. La Maison Familiale Rurale, or La MFR, is a training center, operating under an association status and under contract with the State. Its objective is the training and education of young people and adults, as well as their social and professional integration. Rural Family Homes have diversified their training programs and the statuses associated with these programs.

iEnt Connection Guide, Step by Step
Each time a student registers, the online platform managers provide each student, parent, or business with their authentication information. To log in to the iEnt space, you must:
- Start by going to the official portal www.ient.fr
- Then, choose the profile between: Students, parents or company
- Then, you provide the username and password provided during registration
- Validate access by clicking on “Log in”, then access the personal space.
How does the iEnt interface work?
Teacher-side features
Once the first connection is successful, teachers put:
- Their apprentices' grades
- Schedules: Teachers provide the daily schedule, the weekly schedule, and the annual schedule. There is also the content notebook where students can find lessons and the work notebook where teachers post homework.

As with teachers, students must log in and once the first login is successful, they have access to:

- Messages: Students can see messages from their teachers and can also reply to them or send them their homework.

There's also the Parents' Intranet, which facilitates communication and strengthens the bond between teachers and parents. By connecting to the digital workspace, parents can view their children's absences, the year's schedule, the class notebook, homework, the daily menu, and their children's grades.

iGesti is an administrative and educational management platform for work-study programs for apprentices, students, and interns. The iGesti tool's objectives are general administration, such as registration and recruitment of students, apprentices, and interns. It also covers business management, such as financial contracts, settlements, and accounting transfers. Finally, there is educational monitoring of work-study programs, such as grades, internships, and absences. To use it, you must have a personalized login and password.

iPlanning is a personalized calendar for teachers at work-study training centers. The iPlanning tool's objectives are to manage work-study and teacher schedules, and to manage equipment, room, and vehicle reservations. It also links to management tools for calculating teacher hours (by date, by training program, and by type of hours). Teachers must have a personalized login and password to access it.

The tool's objectives are to create a website, administer the site to one or more users, and communicate with each other. What should I do if I have lost my iEnt credentials?
If you've forgotten your password, simply click the "Forgot your password?" link at the bottom of the login interface. Then, enter your username, and you'll receive instructions on how to recover your PIN. Simply follow the instructions.
How do I send a message to my teachers?
To send a message to your teachers, you must log in and click on the messaging service, where you will have access to four sections. Click on "New Message" to send a message to your teachers. Once you arrive at the new message, click on the + button and select the recipient by checking it. You can write the body of the message and finally, click "Send."
How to upload documents to iEnt?
To upload documents to iEnt, click on "schedule" at the top of the page to access the "textbook - content." Selecting the course will open a window and display the documents to download. Simply upload them and you're done.
How to consult and declare an absence?
To view an absence, go to the Main Menu bar and click on "Absences," where you can see the number of absences. Regarding the absence declaration, the tool automatically notes the absence as soon as the student is absent from class.
